The Town of Severance’s Parks & Trails map (Ayres, map 12, dated 13 April 2026) lists Hunter’s Crossing Pond and Trails as park 7, 7.0 acres, and places it just east of Ponderosa Drive, west of Timber Ridge Parkway, in the Hunter’s Crossing subdivision. The Town’s Parks & Recreation page names the park and says its parks are spread through the subdivisions, each with its own amenities, but neither the page nor the map gives a street address or the amenities, so the address above is the map’s position. Parks & Recreation answers 970-686-1218.
