Utilities
Windsor supplies water, sewer and stormwater in the Weld County part of town and only stormwater on the Larimer County side, where the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District supplies the water. Severance supplies its own water, sewer and stormwater to most of town. A few subdivisions in each are on North Weld County Water District. Electricity and gas depend on the address.
