Downtown Windsor's first craft brewery, in the rebuilt Windsor Mill at 3rd and Main, with a big patio, its own kitchen and a tap list that changes with the releases.

The taproom in the historic Windsor Mill at 3rd and Main, founded in the summer of 2020 as the first craft brewery in downtown Windsor. The brewery describes the setting as comfortable and family-friendly, with “amazing patio space” out front. Beer is the point (“Beer, Set Apart” is the line), with releases, beer events and food trucks on a published calendar, a merchandise counter and a loyalty club.

Food comes from the in-house kitchen, Peculier Eats, run with Gourmet Grub: a house burger, a colossal shrimp red curry, a warm brownie sundae and a short menu between. Open from 11 every day, latest on Friday and Saturday nights. A second Peculier taproom is on East Mulberry in Fort Collins.
