Mighty River Brewing
Small-batch brewery and taproom on Fairgrounds Avenue at the west edge of Windsor, near I-25: a long list of IPAs, lagers, porters and sours, four-packs to go, dogs welcome and food trucks outside.
A brewery on Fairgrounds Avenue in the Larimer County corner of Windsor near I-25, a drive from downtown rather than a walk. Its founders came to it from years of homebrewing and the taproom is built on that idea: “have a seat, have a beer and find your river.” The board runs to IPAs in several forms, ales, lagers, porters, stouts and sours, with a Dunkel and a Märzen among the specialties, and most of it goes out in four-packs to take home during opening hours.
Food trucks park outside, and the calendar carries live music, trivia and bingo nights. Dogs are welcome and there is outdoor seating. Weekday afternoons it opens at 3; on Friday and Saturday it opens at noon, and on Sunday at 11.
