Wing Shack
The Windsor branch of the northern Colorado wing chain, at the west end of Main Street, open 11 to 10 every day for dine-in, pickup and online orders.
Wing Shack is a chicken-wing chain with locations across Colorado and Wyoming, and its Windsor shop is on the 1200 block of Main Street at the west end of town, near the Ace Hardware and the Super 8 rather than in the downtown blocks. The company describes itself as “pro-chicken and anti-spam,” runs a rewards program and an app, and takes online orders for pickup.
Open 11 am to 10 pm seven days a week, which makes it one of the later kitchens in Windsor.
