The restaurant at Pelican Lakes Point in Water Valley, on the south side of town, where the dining room and patio look across the Pelican Lakes golf course to the Front Range. The kitchen describes its menu as a blend of classic favorites and newer dishes built on fresh ingredients, with crafted cocktails and a dessert list that runs to chocolate cake; reservations are taken online.
It is a dinner place: doors open at 4 every day but Monday, when it is closed. Happy hour runs 4 to 5 daily and again for the last hour of service (8 to 9 Sunday and Tuesday to Thursday, 8 to 10 Friday and Saturday). Live music plays Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:30, and a wine-pairing dinner is held monthly.
