Windsor Town Hall
The Town of Windsor's offices on Walnut Street, open weekdays 8 to 5: utility payments, building permits, the Town Clerk, municipal court and the Town Board's meeting chamber, with Main Park just to the south.
Town Hall is at 301 Walnut Street, a block off Main and directly north of Main Park. It holds the Town Clerk (970-674-2404), finance, human resources, community development and economic development, and the main line’s menu routes callers to utility billing and payments, court, building permits, the cemetery, parks and recreation and the rest. The Town Board meets here; agendas, minutes and recorded meetings are on the Town site, and the Town’s Windsor Matters newsletter is archived there.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Parks, recreation and culture business (shelter bookings, program registration, memberships) is handled at the Community Recreation Center on 11th Street rather than here.
