Teens Cook: Creepy Treats at Windsor Library

The library’s monthly cooking session for ages 12 to 18, this month making sweet and savory Halloween snacks. Registration is required and the session was down to its last seat when checked on October 1; the library cannot accommodate severe gluten, dairy or nut allergies.
