Community Recreation Center's 10th birthday

Ten years of the Town’s 85,000-square-foot recreation center on 11th Street, marked with free admission for the day, donuts at 7:30 in the morning, cookies at 3:30 in the afternoon, and giveaways and treats in between. Inside are the indoor pool with its lazy river, water slide, zero-depth pool, three lap lanes and 23-person hot tub, two gyms, fitness rooms and the climate-controlled walking track. The pool’s slide and play features switch on at 10 am. Mayor Julie Cline holds Coffee with the Mayor in the building the same morning, 10 to 11.
